Quality Cake Company Covid-19 Virus Update

We are working reduced hours

Due to the Government mandation of a National Lockdown from 00:01 Tuesday 5th January 2021, our shop is temporarily closed for walk-in customers, but we are offering a click & collect service and taking pre-orders for cakes, balloons, partyware and cake decorating items.

Please contact us to order via phone, email, chat, SMS or Social. All orders must be paid in advance over the phone or via bank transfer.

Temporary Opening Times / Reduced Operating Hours

We have reduced our capacity in the bakery and the shop to avoid all our staff being in at the same time. This means that we have adapted our operating hours for the next 6-7 weeks (until mid-Feb).

  • Monday: 10am-5pm
  • Tuesday: 10am-5pm
  • Wednesday: 10-5pm
  • Thursday: 10am-5pm
  • Friday: 10am-5pm
  • Saturday: 9am-2pm
  • Sunday: CLOSED

FAQs

Can I still have a novelty cake or a cake with figures on it?

As we have reduced our hours and staff availability, we will offer a simpler range of cakes. During this time, we will not be able to offer novelty, sculpted cakes or any fondant figures. But don’t worry we can still be creative and create a personalised cake for your celebration – contract us to discuss your design. Plus, you can make your special day more memorable with a:

I’ve already placed an order, will my order be affected?

Current orders are NOT affected, as we will be offering a ‘click and collect’ service.

All orders will need to be collected at the shop front door and please wear a face covering. All orders must be paid in advance over the phone or via bank transfer.

We are also offering a local delivery service for those that can’t make it to the shop and you can place orders over the phone, via email or chat with us online.

I want to order a cake for later in the year, can I do this?
