We make getting your 18th birthday balloons as easy as possible. Follow these simple steps to ensure your decor is ready for the big day:

1. Browse & Order Online: Visit our Online Shop to see our “Ready to Order” 18th birthday collection. You can select your colours, add personalisation, and pay securely online.
2. Choose Your Collection Time: During checkout, you can select a convenient time to collect from our Tamworth shop (Fazeley). We recommend collecting on the day of your event (or the day before for air-filled stacks).
3. Prepare Your Vehicle:
   • For Stacks: Ensure your boot is empty and back seats are folded down if possible.
   • For Helium Bunches: A clear back seat is best.
   • Tip: Avoid putting balloons in a hot car or near sharp objects!
4. Pick Up: Simply pop into our shop at the scheduled time – we’ll have your balloons inflated, weighted, and ready for you to drive away.
