Collection and Delivery

The majority of our cakes and balloons are collected from our shop in Fazeley, Tamworth. For details on how to find us please click here.

We are able to offer a local delivery service, subject to staff availability, delivery location and the time required. A delivery and, where applicable, set-up fee will apply.

The minimum order value for delivery is £150, excluding delivery and set-up charges.

For deliveries required on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, the minimum order value is £300, excluding delivery and set-up charges.

Please note that meeting the minimum order value does not guarantee delivery availability. All deliveries must be agreed with us in advance.

Collection Times

Our opening hours are as follows:

Monday–Saturday: 10 am – 4 pm

Sunday: Closed

Bank Holidays – Closed

Collections outside of these times may be possible by prior arrangement, subject to staff availability, so please discuss this with us in advance if required.

If your event is on Sunday, you will need to collect the day before.

Delivery Information

Within 5 miles: Minimum order value of £150 (+ delivery charge)

6–15 miles: Minimum order value of £250+ (+ delivery charge)

16–30 miles: Minimum order value of £550+ (+ delivery charge)

These are based on the total distance from B78 3RF.

We can occasionally accommodate deliveries beyond 30 miles. These are considered on a case-by-case basis and require a minimum order value of £1,000+, plus a per-mile delivery charge.

All deliveries are subject to staff availability.

Unfortunately, we are unable to post cakes or balloons.
