At Quality Cake Company, we believe the inside of your cake should be every bit as memorable as the outside. While we love creating show-stopping designs, we’re just as passionate about making cakes that taste as incredible as they look.
Classic Vanilla
All of our cakes are quoted as our signature classic vanilla sponge, filled with mixed berry jam and silky buttercream, unless you request an alternative flavour.
Below, you’ll find our full range of flavours for wedding and celebration cakes. From timeless classics to indulgent favourites, we’ve grouped them to make it easy for you to find your perfect match — and to show how the flavour choice may affect the price. (Some premium flavours use luxury ingredients, so prices will be slightly higher.)

Not all cake flavours are available as cupcakes. Please search cupcake in the search bar above to narrow your search.
Premium, Supreme and Dietary-friendly cupcakes require a minimum order quantity of 12.
Cakes
Custom cakes, Gluten-free and Rainbow sponges are not available as sample flavours.
All cakes (except fruit cake) contain buttercream or a dairy-free equivalent; we cannot make cakes without this.
Fruit Cake
Generally, we do not offer fruit cakes for wedding cakes. Fruit cake is baked as a large single layer of cake, which is covered in marzipan and sugarpaste icing. Whereas sponge cake has layers of cake with buttercream in between. This means fruit cake is much shorter in height and will be a completely different size compared to the other tiers.

If you want fruit as part of your wedding cake, we advise having the whole cake as fruit cake, or alternatively, we can offer it as a separate cutting cake.
Dietary / Allergen-friendly cake flavours
*PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we can make your cake using specific Allergen / Gluten / Dairy-free ingredients such as soya butter and gluten-free flour – due to the strict legislation regarding allergens (December 2014) – requiring a separate bakery for allergen / gluten / dairy-free produce – we are unable to guarantee that our cakes can be made 100% Allergen / Gluten / Dairy free – due to the risk of cross-contamination in the bakery.
