Commissioned by a local Tamworth resident for her husband’s surprise 60th birthday, this large-scale masterpiece was designed to serve over 50 guests. The terrifyingly tasty creation captures every chilling detail of Pennywise the Dancing Clown in edible form. Beneath the horror lies layers of soft vanilla sponge, filled with jam and buttercream, coated in rich ganache, and sculpted with modelling chocolate to bring the menacing grin and haunting eyes to life.
“We love creating sculpted cakes – we’ve done everything from houses and cars to beloved characters,” said Angela Malin, Director and Sculpted Cake Specialist at Quality Cake Company. “But this one has definitely been our scariest (and sweetest) challenge yet!”
