We store your data in our online database, which is operated by Microsoft services and AirTable. We will make our best effort to keep your data secure. Our paper copies of order forms are kept for a maximum of two years. These are then securely shredded. Our online records of your order will only be kept for two years. Any payment information (if collected) should be destroyed immediately after it has been used for business purposes.

Your Rights

You can ask us to delete the data we hold for you by sending us a request to info@qualitycakecompany.com. We can only do this if you don’t have a current order booked with us. You can withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from any marketing lists by contacting us, and we will remove you and your data from our list.

Live Chat Function

Live chat is provided by our 3rd party supplier Tawk.to. To administer your requests via this chat service, Tawk.to may collect your IP address and name (where provided) to facilitate the conversation.

Security and Fraud Prevention (reCAPTCHA)
